Here’s a little look at the past month of activity in the Seattle real estate market. Median sold price is up 9% from a year ago. 43% of homes are selling above listing price. Inventory is at 0.6 months. We are still in a sellers market by most metrics but with interest rates still near all time low levels it’s a great time to maximize your home buying potential.
